Read carefully all Terms & Conditions that you have to comply with when renting a vehicle in Paros with us.

Reservations
All reservations are based on vehicle groups and not a certain vehicle model. We try to offer the chosen vehicle model for each reservation, but in case of no availability of the chosen model, our company reserves the right to offer customers a similar model. A similar model will be a vehicle that belongs to the same group-category as the chosen model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer customers an upgrade at no extra charge (free upgrade).
Required Documents for Vehicle Rentals
Valid driver’s licenses for all declared drivers.
International Driver’s Permit, if required (please check paragraph “Driver’s License” below).
Passport or EU National ID for all drivers.
Valid credit card for insurance purposes.
All details stated upon reservation (online, by email or phone) must be accurate and true. The vehicle rental office reserves the right not to approve the rental if the stated details are inaccurate or false.
Age Requirements for Drivers
The minimum age for hiring a vehicle is 21 years old for all other categories of scooters and Quads.
Drivers must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year. When renting a scooter of 125cc while holding a type B (car) License, the driver must have held this license for at least 5 years and be over 24 years old.
Younger drivers between 19 and 24 years old may rent a scooter or quad, but an extra charge of 7 Euros per day applies (Young Drivers Supplement).
Senior drivers between 73 and 80 years old may rent a scooter or quad, but an extra charge of 7 Euros per day applies (Senior Drivers Supplement).
All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and produce it upon pick-up. Photocopies, photos, or electronic copies will NOT be accepted.
Driver’s License
The driving license must have been issued at least one year prior to pick-up date.
National Driver’s Licenses issued in the EU, US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Israel, Ukraine are accepted.
Citizens of all other countries are required to have a valid international Driver’s License along with their regular Driver’s License unless their national driver’s license is valid for driving in Greece.
The Driver is required to produce the Driver’s License and a Valid ID or Passport prior to the pick-up of the vehicle.
To drive scooters up to 50cc, you need an AM license, A1 license, or a B (car) license.
To drive scooters up to 125cc, you need an A1 license (A2 or A as well), or a B (car) license if your national license supports it. When renting a scooter of 125cc while holding a type B (car) License, the driver must hold this license for at least 5 years and be over 24 years old.
To drive scooters over 125cc, you need an A or A2 license.
To drive quads of any size you will need a B (car) license.
Payment Options
We accept the following methods of payment:
Cash
VISA, Electron Visa, MasterCard, Maestro Credit / Debit cards
Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal (being subject to a 3% extra fee)
Prepaid cards
AMEX, Diners, American Union Credit cards (being subject to a 3% extra fee)
Upon pick-up you can pay in cash or by Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards, (MasterCard, VISA, Electron Visa, Maestro), but a valid credit card registered under the name of one of the drivers may be requested for guarantee and may be preauthorized. If you don’t have a credit card, a deposit may be requested, being paid in cash or by debit card.
Rental Period and Minimum Rental Charge
The minimum rental period is one hour and the maximum is unlimited.
The minimum rental charge is one day.
If you wish to rent a vehicle for more than 30 days, please contact us for a quotation as the rental agreement must be renewed every 30 days.
If the renter wishes to keep the rental vehicle for a longer time than the agreed, he/she must contact us at least 24 hours prior to the previously agreed day of return, requesting an extension based on availability. The extension is valid only after any change is explicitly stated in the rental contract.
Late Returns
During low and mid-season, delays for up to 1 hour will not incur any extra charges. During high season the maximum delay without extra charges could be 20 minutes.
If the renter returns the vehicle after the return time agreed and beyond the time limits set above, without any extension agreed with our office, the renter will be charged on a daily basis according to the full seasonal daily rate applying on the specific dates, plus 50% as a delay fine.
Mileage
Free unlimited mileage is included in our rates for the islands of Paros and Antiparos.
No-Show Policy
In case the renter fails to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the agreed rental start date and time without any written notification, the reservation may be automatically canceled, and the booking deposit will be deducted in full.
Vehicle Delivery / Collection
During office hours, vehicle delivery and collection are offered for free in the following areas:
Paros Port (Parikia area) – Our offices by the port
Paros Airport – Premium meet and greet service
Throughout Parikia area
After-hours delivery or collection in the areas stated above may incur extra charges.
Delivery and collection to all remaining areas of Paros and Antiparos are subject to extra charges.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all vehicles.
Fuel Policy
The renter must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as that of pick-up.
If the renter returns the vehicle with less amount of fuel, he/she will be charged for any fuel difference, plus a refueling service fee of 15 Euros.
There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with higher fuel level than that of pick-up.
Helmets, Top Cases & other Accessories
Up to two helmets can be included in the rental contract free of charge.
Top Cases are available for scooters and quads for an extra charge.
The renter is liable for misplacing or damaging any such accessories.
Additional Drivers
One additional driver can be included in the rental contract free of charge.
An additional driver must comply with the same terms & conditions as the main driver.
Insurance Terms – Packages
Basic Insurance* (included in the basic rental):
Third Party Liability Insurance
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with Excess (the deductible amount depends on the vehicle category).
Full insurance* – Low Excess (includes extra services compared to the basic package):
Low CDW (Low Collision Damage Waiver) with very low Excess (the lowered deductible amount depends on the vehicle category).
PAI: Personal Accident Insurance for the driver.
Fire Insurance with Excess depending on the vehicle category.
Full Theft Insurance with Excess depending on the vehicle category.
Tires, rims insurance with 200 Euros Excess.
* All insurance packages do not cover the following, unless explicitly referred to in the insurance package:
- Missing vehicle accessories (antenna, baby seats, electronic equipment, vehicle keys, etc.).
- Damage to or loss of tires, rims, hubcaps, wheel covers.
- Damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle.
- Parking fines – Traffic offences – Accident handling fee.
- Damage to the vehicle due to off-road driving (beaches, dirt roads, unpaved roads, etc.).
- Damage to the vehicle while driving under the influence (alcohol or drugs) or driving without respecting Greek Traffic Laws or driving in an unsafe manner.
- Damages to the vehicle that are not reported immediately.
Client’s own insurance
Rental agencies generally do not involve themselves in clients’ insurances beyond those they offer.
If you have your own insurance through your credit card or travel insurance which may cover you, make sure that you check all the terms and conditions of the insurance and that it covers you for any vehicle rental damage while renting a vehicle abroad.
In case of a collision, there should be a report, or you have to report the accident to police authorities, while you must request an invoice from our company. You have to pay the amount corresponding to the cost of damages to our office and having obtained the accident report and an invoice from us, you will be able to file your claim for reimbursement for any amounts covered through your card issuer or your travel insurance.
General Terms
Ferrying the vehicle: It is generally forbidden, except for Paros – Antiparos Ferry line, unless you have our company’s written permission to ferry the vehicle to another island, after having paid the Ferrying Fee and also provided round-trip ferry tickets to/from Paros.
Parking & Traffic Fines shall be borne by the renter in any case or will be charged to his/her credit card, even after the rental period. The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any traffic fines and related administration fees imposed during the rental period. The traffic ticket administration fee is 40€, unless it is already paid to local authorities and produced while returning the vehicle along with proof of payment.

Reservations:
All reservations are based on vehicle groups and not on a certain car model. We try to assign to each reservation the chosen car model but in case of no availability of the chosen model, our company reserves the right to offer the customer a similar model. A similar model will be a vehicle that will belong in the same group – category with the chosen model. Also, our company reserves the right to offer the customer an upgrade (bigger car, more premium) at no extra charge (free upgrade).
Necessary Documents for Rental:
- Valid driver’s licenses for all declared drivers
- International Driver’s Permit, if required. (please check below in paragraph “Driver’s License”)
- Passport or EU National ID or for all drivers
- Valid credit card for insurance purposes
All details stated during a reservation (online, email or phone) must be accurate and true. The car rental office reserves the right to deny the rental if the stated details are false.
Driver’s Age:
For groups A, Αuto1, B and C the driver must be between 23 & 72 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years prior to the rental date.
For all the other groups the driver must be between 25 & 72 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years prior to the rental date.
Younger or Older drivers may rent a car from our office, but an extra insurance package is required for legal car rental.
Driver’s License:
The driving license must be issued one year before car pick up date.
National Driving Licenses issued in EU, US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, UAE, Israel, Ukraine are accepted.

The minimum booking length is one hour and the maximum is unlimited.

If the renter wishes to keep the rental vehicle more from the agreed period, the renter must contact us at least 24 hours prior to previously agreed vehicle return, to request an extension, based on availability. The extension is valid only after the change is written in the rental contract.

During low and mid rental season, delays for up to 1 hour will not be charged extra. During the high season the maximum delay accepted without extra charges is 20 minutes.
If the renter returns the vehicle after the agreed return time and beyond the time limits set above, without agreeing to an extension with our office, the renter will be charged on a daily basis according to the full seasonal daily rate applicable on the specific dates plus 50% as delay fine.
Mileage:
Unlimited free mileage is included in our rates.
No-Show Policy:

During working hours of our offices, vehicle delivery and collection is free in the following areas:
- Paros Port (Parikia area) – Our offices by the port
- Paros Airport – Premium meet and greet service.
- All Parikia area
After working hours, the delivery or collection in the areas stated above may incur extra charges.
Delivery and collection to all other areas of Paros and Antiparos is subject to extra charges.
24hrs Road Assistance:
All our vehicles are covered by 24hrs road assistance.
Fuel Policy:
The renter must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered.
If the renter returns the vehicle with less level of fuel, the renter will be charged the fuel difference plus a refueling service fee of 15 Euros.
There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more level of fuel than was delivered.
Baby, Child, and Booster Seats:
We offer 4 different types of child seats to cover the various age groups:
Infant/Baby seats: 6 to 17Kgs (13 to 37.5 lbs.)
Isofix Infant/Baby seats: 6 to 17kgs (13 to 37.5 Lbs.)
Kid Booster seats: 18 to 36Kgs (38 to 79 Lbs.)
Infant baby cot: 0 – 9Kgs (0 to 20 Lbs.)
The child seats are available upon request and subject to availability. To guarantee availability the renter must inform the rental office when placing the reservation.
GPS
A GPS device is available upon request and at an extra cost.
The renter is liable for misplacing or damaging the GPS or its accessories.
Additional Drivers
One additional driver is free of charge.
The additional driver must accept the same terms & conditions as the main driver.
Pets
Pets are generally not allowed, unless the renter receives written permission from the car rental office when placing the reservation, in which case, the pet must have a carrying case. Carrying a pet and not notifying the car rental office about it, incurs a fine of 200 euros plus the expenses of bio-cleaning the car.
Insurance Terms – Cover Packages:
Basic Insurance* (included in the basic rental):
- Third Party Liability Insurance

Medium Insurance Package* – SCDW (includes extra from the basic package):
- SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) with very low excess (the lowered deductible amount depends on the car category).
- PAI : Personal Accident Insurance for the driver
- Fire insurance with Excess depending on the car category.
- Full Theft insurance with Excess depending on the car category.
- Crystals insurance with 150 Euros Excess
- Tires, rims, wheel covers, hubcaps insurance with 200 Euros Excess
Maximum Insurance Package* – Premium FDW (includes extra from the medium package):
- FDW (Full Damage Waiver) – zero excess. Peace of mind insurance
- PAI : Personal Accident Insurance for the driver
- Fire Insurance without excess.
- Theft insurance without excess.
- Crystal’s insurance without excess.
- Tires, rims, wheel covers, hubcaps insurance with 100 Euros Excess
- Interior car damages (torn or soiled, seats or upholstery, dashboard damage, media systems, saltwater damages, etc.) with 150 euros excess
Tire Insurance
- Full insurance of the car’s tires against possible damage without any liability waiver. It only covers the cases of damage while the car is moving on paved roads.
* All insurance packages do not cover the following, unless specifically stated in the insurance package:
- Damage to the interior of the car.
- Missing car accessories (antenna, baby seats, electronic equipment, car keys, etc.)
- Damage to or loss of the tires, rims, hubcaps, wheel covers.
- Damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle.
- Parking Fines – Traffic offences – Accident handling fee
- Damage to the car from driving off road (beaches, dirt roads, unpaved roads, etc.)
- Damage to the car while driving under influence of alcohol or drugs or while driving in disregard of the Greek Traffic Law or driving in an unsafe manner.
If I have my own insurance, am I covered? What should I do in case of an accident?
As a rule, rental agencies do not interfere with clients’ insurances, other than the ones offered by the Rental agency itself.
If you have your own insurance through your credit card or travels insurance which may cover you, you must be sure to check all the terms and conditions of the insurance and make sure that it covers you for car rental damage while renting a car abroad.
In the unlucky event of a collision, there should be a file report of the accident or Police report and you must request an invoice from our company. You have to pay the amount of damages to our office and with the accident report and the invoice from us, you will be able to file your claim for reimbursement of costs from your card issuer or your travel insurance.
General Terms:
Ferrying the car: It is forbidden except for the Paros – Antiparos Ferry line, unless you have our office’s written permission to ferry the car to another island after paying the Ferrying Fee and you also provide the ferry tickets back and forth to/from Paros.
Parking fines/ traffic offences will be paid by the renter in any case or will be charged to his credit card, even after the rental period. The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any traffic offence fines and related administration fees incurred during their rental period. The traffic ticket administration fee is 40€, unless paid to the local authorities and produced at car return, along with the payment proof.
